- Lead and manage overall plant operations.
- Ensure compliance with safety, environmental and regulatory standards.
- Oversee production planning, quality control and process optimization.
- Manage workforce, training and performance.
- Coordinate with management on operational targets and reporting.
Requirements:
- Graduate in Engineering/Operations/Industrial Management.
- 10+ years of experience in plant/factory operations (preferably recycling, metals or manufacturing).
- Solid leadership, compliance and process management skills.
- Ability to handle audits, vendor coordination and operational accuracy.
