Are you a visionary architect with a passion for impactful design and execution We're looking for a Senior Architect with a strong background in high-rise and multi-story projects to lead our next ambitious venture.

What Youll Do
Lead the architectural planning & design of multi-story buildings
Collaborate with in-house teams and external consultants (MEP, structural, etc.)
Drive the design process from concept to site execution
Ensure alignment with codes, regulations, and sustainability practices
Conduct site visits to ensure design fidelity and quality control
Manage BOQs, design documentation, and authority approvals

What Were Looking For




8+ years of relevant experience (minimum 5 years in multi-story projects)
B.Arch/ M.Arch from a recognized institution
Robust in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp & design tools
Excellent cross-functional coordination and leadership skills
COA registration preferred

Bonus if you bring:
Experience in green buildings
A sharp eye for innovation, function, and form
Team mentoring and project leadership experience

Location: Chennai, Full-Time
