About the Team

Our Cyber Risk Services practice helps clients build and maintain a secure, resilient digital foundation. As part of the Cyber Operate Application Security team, you will deliver critical SAP security support, maintenance, and security assessments.

In this role, you will be responsible for end-user security operations, managing internal automated controls, and executing Segregation of Duties (SoD) analyses across client SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

- Operational Support: Provide steady-state operations and production support across SAP landscapes.
- Role & User Management: Handle S/4HANA security maintenance, user provisioning, and role optimization.
- GRC & SoD Management: Conduct Segregation of Duties (SoD) analyses, execute remediation strategies, and ensure compliance using SAP GRC.
- Audit & Remediation:



Assist in internal/external audit remediation efforts and steady-state process improvements.
- IT Service Management: Resolve incidents, problems, and changes adhering to ITIL-aligned processes using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, or JIRA).
- Client Advisory: Advise stakeholders on role optimization best practices and security operational enhancements.

Candidate Profile

Must-Have Qualifications & Skills

- Availability: Immediate joiner or currently serving notice period with a confirmed joining date by August 1st week.
- Core Expertise: 3–5 years of hands-on experience in SAP Security, SAP GRC 10.x/12.x Access Control, and S/4HANA within production support environments.
- Technical Proficiency: Demonstrated experience in S/4 Security role maintenance, user provisioning, and audit remediation.
- Process Alignment: Hands-on experience with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, and Change Management) using tools like ServiceNow, JIRA, or Remedy.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to interact directly with client teams.

Positive-to-Have Skills (Preferred)

- Fiori Security: Hands-on experience with SAP S/4 Fiori Security (catalog/group maintenance, role troubleshooting, post-go-live stabilization).
- Extended Module Security: Exposure to SAP BTP, SAP IAS-IPS, SAP BI, SRM, CRM, SCM, MDG, BOBJ, or SAP HR security support.
- Background: Prior experience working with Big 4 or major global consulting firms.
- Certifications: CISSP, CISM, CISA, or ITIL Foundation certifications.
