Role & responsibilities

Technical Expertise:

- Strong understanding ofvehicle-level components and systems.
- 24 years of solid experience in Modeling - 3D & 2D CAD, Surface modelling, Assembly design, Sheet metal design
- Experience invehicle and system-level packaging interface verification.
- Hands-on experience inSAM/DMU checks using Teamcenter Visualization mockups.
- Strong knowledge ofvehicle process and part assembly sequence (Mandatory).
- Positive understanding of:
- GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) Desirable
- Tolerance stack-up / dimensional chain analysis – Mandatory
- Automotive regulations – Desirable
- Competitor analysis / benchmarking – Desirable
- Software & Documentation Skills:
- Strong working knowledge ofExcel and PowerPoint for analysis and reporting.
