Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Site Engineer with 0 - 4 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing in office construction activities, ensuring projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in accordance with approved drawings, quality standards, and project timelines. The role requires close coordination with project managers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and site personnel to ensure smooth project execution.

Role & responsibilities

- Supervise and monitor day-to-day construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure all work is executed in accordance with approved drawings, technical specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with project manager, engineering team, contractors, and suppliers to ensure timely execution of work and material availability.
- Track project progress and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site progress reports.
- Identify, analyse, and resolve technical and operational issues at the site in a timely manner.
- Conduct regular quality inspections to ensure compliance with construction standards and project requirements.
- Enforce safety policies and ensure adherence to all health and safety regulations by site personnel.
- Assist in project planning, scheduling,



resource allocation, and cost control activities.
- Liaise with local authorities and statutory bodies, as required, to ensure regulatory compliance and approvals.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including work records, inspection reports, and material usage.

Preferred candidate profile and skills

- Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.
- 0 - 4 years of relevant experience in site execution and supervision of individual houses, villas, high-rise residential or commercial building projects.
- Sound understanding of construction methodologies, structural drawings, and engineering practices.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and safety regulations.
- Ability to read, interpret, and execute work based on technical drawings and construction plans.
- Excellent project coordination, planning, and organizational skills.
- Strong problem-solving ability with keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
