- Inspect incoming materials and components as per specifications
- Identify and control non-conforming materials
- Maintain inspection records and reports
Quality Documentation
- Develop and maintain inspection procedures and quality guidelines
- Ensure compliance with customer engineering requirements
Supplier Quality Management
- Handle RTV (Return to Vendor) for defective materials
- Work with suppliers on root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Prepare and monitor supplier scorecards
Team Supervision
- Lead and supervise IQC inspectors and technicians
- Provide training to improve inspection capability and quality awareness
Shift Planning & Coordination
- Manage manpower planning across shifts
- Ensure smooth inspection operations and KPI achievement
Continuous Improvement
- Support MSA and correlation studies
- Drive improvements in inspection processes and supplier quality
Preferred candidate profile
- Experience in EMS or automotive industry
- Strong knowledge of IQC and supplier quality processes
- Experience in RTV handling and supplier coordination
- Familiarity with metrology tools and inspection techniques
- Knowledge of MSA and quality tools
- Solid communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills
