Role Overview

Expertise in designing, developing, and delivering broadband, video, and connected home solutions using the Reference Design Kit (RDK) platform. Proven track record in architecting scalable embedded Linux solutions for set-top boxes, gateways, and smart devices, driving product innovation from concept through deployment.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and own end-to-end architecture for RDK-based broadband and video devices. Lead platform design, feature integration, and system optimization across RDK components.
- Drive solution architecture for Wi-Fi, LAN, WAN, security, voice, and device management services.
- Architect cloud-connected solutions leveraging WebPA, telemetry, analytics, and remote management frameworks.
- Evaluate new technologies and recommend scalable, secure, and future-ready architectures.
- Establish coding standards, design guidelines, and architectural governance processes.
- Perform architecture reviews, risk assessments,



and performance optimization activities.
- Support CI/CD, automation, and DevOps initiatives for embedded software development.
- Mentor technical leads and engineers, fostering innovation and engineering excellence

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 15+ years of experience in RDK-B, Embedded Linux, Broadband Gateways, and Connected Home solutions.
- Strong architecture expertise in designing scalable, secure, and high-performance RDK platforms.
- Technical leadership experience leading cross-functional teams, design reviews, and customer engagements.
- Deep knowledge of Wi-Fi, CCSP, WebPA, TR-069/TR-181, Cloud Integration, and Device Management.
