- Support the Application Management by performing tasks on Temenos Infinity & related applications in multiple environments.

- Manage specific tasks on other Financial Services applications, including change management, release management, and incident management.

- Provide server maintenance in command line operations for non-windows operating system environments (Linux, Unix, AIX).

- Administer web server operations based on experience with WebSphere.

- Lead the creation of service level objectives and reporting as required.

- Deploy configuration changes and code upgrades, including Online Banking, Mobile Banking, and Core updates & releases.

- Work with hosting providers on infrastructure management (WebSphere, AIX, Oracle, Windows, Virtualization, JAVA).

- Perform performance tuning and log analysis and management.

- Establish and monitor key performance indicators, taking effective action where results are below SLA targets.

- Ensure effective ITIL-based best practices are maintained for interactions with support vendors, particularly IBM the hosting provider.

- Support 24/7 production systems, working off standard hours as part of a team to provide daily weekday coverage and 24-hour on-call availability.

Job Requirements

- Experience applying ITIL best practices is preferred.





- Good experience with web servers/database installation and support.

- Experience managing or delivering IT services and operations within outsourced services environment.

- Understanding of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory requirements is a plus.

- Expertise on Systems: Experience with core banking systems, Digital channels, and payment processing systems.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace and adapt to changing priorities.

- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to perform tasks independently and make sound decisions under pressure.

- Familiarity with JCL and Cobol programming languages is an added advantage.
