Position : Senior Salesforce BSA with Healthcare Experience

Job Type: Fulltime

Location: Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune / Mumbai / Noida / Bangalore (2-days Hybrid)

Comfortable to work from 3pm to 1am IST(Due to US project, based on project need)

Job Description:

Data Validation & Analysis (must have)

- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Ability to identify data inconsistencies and anomalies.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience conducting manual validation and quality reviews.

Excel Expertise (must have)

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills:
- Conditional Formatting
- Data Validation
- Statistical analysis
- Large dataset management

AI / LLM Knowledge (Nice to have)

- Understanding of:
- Precision
- Recall
- Accuracy
- F1 Score
- Confidence Scores
- False Positives / False Negatives

Technical Skills (Nice to have)





- Ability to read and understand JSON files.
- Familiarity with OCR technologies and document processing solutions preferred.

Communication (Must have)

- Strong written documentation skills.
- Ability to present findings to business and technical stakeholders.
- Ability to create concise defect reports and recommendations.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience validating LLM or Generative AI outputs.
- Experience with Salesforce, Agentforce
- Experience in pharmaceutical patient support services or reimbursement hubs.
