Role: BOM Analyst

Exp: 3- 5 Years

Location: Chennai

Notice Period: Immediate - 15 days

Key Responsibilities

- Create, maintain, and update master data (material, customer, vendor, product, etc.)
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across systems (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Perform data validation, cleansing, and deduplication activities
- Work with cross-functional teams (procurement, finance, supply chain)
- Support data migration and data quality initiatives
- Maintain BOM, material master, and product hierarchy (in some roles)
- Handle change requests and approvals for master data updates
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies

OR

- Organize and lead continuous process improvement for change management activities within PLM
- Collaborate with Business, IT Business Partners, Architects and Tech Leads to elaborate on the requirements.
- Ability to work with BOM related Interfaces, understand customized functions / programs
- Perform high level of accuracy in creation/modification of BOM in PLM.
- Works with the impacted teams such as engineering, operations,



marketing and finance to create/implement relevant documentation (SOPs, work Instructions)
- Report and establish KPIs
- Act as expert support on business processes necessary to support change management implementation
- Develop training as necessary to support successful adoption of business processes within PLM
- Recognize, analyse, solve and lead business challenges that can be addressed within PLM
- Develop/revise system design documents to support business requirements and systems validation
- Deliver high quality solutions that meet business requirements and ensure goals are accomplished in line with business objectives and initiatives
- Measuring, tracking & reporting forecast accuracy and corrective actions to drive improved outputs
- Provides feedback on the efficiency and effectiveness of the business processes.
- Documenting key assumptions behind base, promotional and total signed off forecasts
- Perform high level of accuracy in creation/modification of BOM in PLM.
