- Bachelor's degree in any discipline or MBA from a recognized institution is required.

- Minimum 4 to 10 years of progressive experience in sales and distribution management within the FMCG sector is needed.

- Proven track record in managing distributor networks and retail execution is expected.

- Strong negotiation, forecasting, and cross-functional coordination abilities are desired.

- Industry preference: FMCG (excluding Dairy Products).

- Proficiency in sales data analysis, promotion planning, and performance reporting is beneficial.
