Role & responsibilities

- Provide technical support for cutting tool selection and machining applications.

- Conduct on-site machining trials, product demonstrations, and prove-outs.

- Optimize machining parameters to improve productivity, cycle time, and tool life.

- Troubleshoot machining and tooling issues at customer locations.

- Recommend suitable carbide cutting tools for turning, milling, drilling, threading, and boring applications.

- Develop recent customers while maintaining strong relationships with existing accounts.

- Prepare technical and commercial proposals in coordination with the sales team.

- Achieve sales and business development targets within the assigned territory.

- Conduct customer training on cutting tool usage and best machining practices.

- Submit regular visit reports, trial reports, and market feedback.





Preferred candidate profile

- Experience with carbide cutting tools, inserts, solid carbide tools, tool holders, and machining solutions.

- Exposure to Automotive, General Engineering, Aerospace, or Precision Manufacturing industries.

- Strong knowledge of CNC Turning & VMC/HMC machining.

- Good understanding of carbide cutting tools and machining parameters.

- Ability to read engineering drawings and GD&T.;

- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office.

- Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory
