Role & responsibilities

- Source and market candidate profiles through Naukri, Indeed, Monster, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Screen resumes and match candidates with client requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, and candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Submit candidate profiles and follow up until interview closure.
- Maintain daily recruitment trackers and submission reports.
- Build strong relationships with clients and hiring partners.

Preferred candidate profile

- 3+ years of experience in Bench Sales / Resume Marketing / IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience with Naukri Recruiter, Indeed India, Monster India, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Strong knowledge of candidate sourcing, resume screening, and profile marketing.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Candidates must be based in India.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
