- Supervise night shift production to achieve daily production targets on time.
- Ensure product quality, food safety, hygiene, and FSSAI compliance.
- Manage manpower, machine operations, and coordinate with maintenance for smooth production.
- Control raw material usage, minimize wastage, and maintain production records.
- Coordinate with Stores, Quality, and Dispatch teams to ensure timely order completion and shift handover.
Preferred candidate profile
- Positive leadership, problem-solving, and team management skills with the ability to handle night shift operations.
- Proficient in production planning, reporting, and coordinating with Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and Dispatch teams.
