Job Title -Store Director

Role Summary

The Store Director is responsible for leading the stores overall performance, including sales, customer experience, team management, and operational standards. The role owns day-to-day store execution and ensures the business meets commercial goals, brand expectations, and compliance requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the store team, including hiring, training, coaching, scheduling, and performance management.
- Drive sales, revenue, and profitability by setting goals, tracking KPIs, and executing action plans.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
- Oversee daily store operations, including inventory, stock control, merchandising, housekeeping, safety, and compliance.
- Monitor labor planning, payroll budget, and controllable expenses to improve productivity and cost control.
- Partner with regional leadership and other functions to implement business initiatives and store strategies.
- Build a high-performance culture through motivation, recognition, succession planning, and talent development.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience in retail store leadership or multi-layer team management.
- Experience driving sales targets, team productivity, and customer experience metrics.
- Exposure to premium, luxury, fashion, or eyewear retail is an advantage for brand-led stores.

Preferred Candidate:

- Age Limit: Up to 35 years (Candidates above 35 years will not be considered)
- Background: Candidates from a retail background currently working in Store Manager or Floor Supervisor roles who are comfortable working in a target-driven store workplace.
