Hiring for Auditor-Retail branch banking

Location: Chennai

Roles and Responsibilities

- Conduct internal audits, statutory audits, and risk assessments to identify areas of improvement in retail branch banking operations.

- Develop and implement effective audit plans, procedures, and reporting mechanisms to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

- Collaborate with management teams to resolve audit findings and implement corrective actions.

- Provide expert advice on auditing best practices, risk management strategies, and compliance regulations.

- Ensure timely completion of all audit assignments within budgeted timeframes.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 8-13 years of experience in auditing or related field (Internal Audit, Compliance).

- Solid knowledge of banking industry regulations (Bank Audit) including RBI guidelines.

- Proven track record in conducting successful audits using COSO framework.

- Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data sets.

- Effective communication skills for presenting findings to senior management

- Willing to travel
