Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and execute offline Olympiad exams across assigned schools.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with school principals, teachers, and coordinators.
- Schedule exam dates and ensure seamless end-to-end execution.
- Visit schools regularly to support exam activities and resolve operational issues.
- Drive student participation and ensure timely completion of exam-related activities.
- Coordinate with internal operations and academic teams for smooth execution.
- Prepare execution reports, participation data, and feedback after each event.
- Ensure adherence to quality standards and timelines.

Job Requirements

- Graduate (MBA is an added advantage).
- 03 years of experience in Operations, B2B Coordination, Field Execution, or Customer Support.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
- Solid communication, coordination,



and relationship management skills.
- Willingness to travel locally to schools as required.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
