Proven design and development experience on CPM/Console (Plastic) parts

Hands-on experience with NX software

Take full ownership of assigned parts, ensuring quality and performance Negotiate with styling teams by developing feasibility sections and providing feedback to the OEM Develop fit and finish sections and establish robust location concepts Understand product specifications and support design engineers in the development of parts Submit timely schedules and technical reports to support project goals, ensuring quality, cost, and delivery targets are met Engage in daily negotiations with the Client and conduct design reviews at regular intervals Assist the manufacturing team in achieving cost targets, improving engineering processes, meeting production schedules,
