- Design and analyse RCC structures in compliance with relevant IS codes and project specifications.
- Prepare structural design calculations, design reports, and construction drawings.
- Review and approve RCC structural drawings submitted by consultants and contractors.
- Design foundations, columns, beams, slabs, retaining walls, and other RCC structural elements.
- Coordinate with architects, MEP engineers, geotechnical consultants, and project teams to ensure integrated designs.
- Provide technical support during project execution and resolve site-related structural issues.
- Review reinforcement detailing and ensure compliance with approved designs and quality standards.
- Conduct site visits to inspect RCC works and monitor structural quality during construction.
- Ensure designs are safe, economical, and optimized for construction.
- Support value engineering and continuous improvement initiatives in structural design.
Preferred candidate profile
- M.E. / M.Tech in Structural Engineering (Mandatory).
- 5-9 years of experience in RCC structural design.
- Experience in industrial, commercial, warehouse, logistics, or infrastructure projects is preferred.
- Robust knowledge of RCC design, structural analysis, reinforcement detailing, and relevant IS codes.
- Familiarity with foundation design and interpretation of geotechnical reports.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams.
