Position: Marketing Executive – Interiors & uPVC Windows

Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and self-motivated Marketing Executive to promote our Interior Design and uPVC Windows & Doors division. The candidate will be responsible for developing business through builders, architects, engineers, contractors, consultants, and direct clients. This is a field-oriented role focused on lead generation, relationship building, sales conversion, and customer support until project completion.

Key Responsibilities

- Visit builders, architects, structural engineers, interior designers, contractors, and developers on a regular basis.
- Present Adhera Homes' Interior and uPVC product range, features, specifications, and quality standards.
- Explain the advantages of our products, manufacturing process, warranty, and installation methods.
- Generate new business opportunities and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Follow up with the existing builder and architect database provided by the company.
- Identify new prospects and expand the customer network.
- Arrange product presentations, factory visits, and technical discussions whenever required.
- Coordinate site visits, measurements, and technical support with the production team.
- Convert enquiries into confirmed orders through regular follow-ups.
- Prepare quotations and assist customers during the sales process.
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed orders to the production and installation teams.




- Coordinate from site measurement until successful installation and project completion.
- Follow up with clients for payment collection as per agreed payment terms.
- Maintain daily visit reports, lead status, and sales pipeline in the CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Robust negotiation and relationship management abilities.
- Knowledge of Interior Design products and/or uPVC Windows & Doors is preferred.
- Ability to understand technical drawings and basic construction terminology.
- Self-driven with strong follow-up skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and WhatsApp Business.
- Two-wheeler with a valid driving licence is preferred.

Qualification

- Diploma / B.E. Civil / Mechanical / Architecture / Any Graduate.
- 1–5 years of experience in Construction, Interiors, uPVC, Building Materials, Architectural Products, or related field.
