Role Summary:
The Dark Store BBD Ops Lead (Night Shift) is responsible for monitoring and managing BBD night operations at the dark store. The role ensures 100% On-Time Delivery (OTD) by tracking CEEs (Customer Experience Executives), coordinating picking and dispatch activities, handling escalations, and ensuring seamless BBD order deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor BBD order flow and ensure on-time picking and dispatch as per the schedule.
Ensure CEEs hiring and onboarding based on the requirement.
Track CEEs’ live status (pickup, en-route, delivery completion) using dashboard
Ensure 100% OTD (On-Time Delivery) against planned timelines.
Identify and escalate any tech or operational issues as per the defined process.
Share EOD reports on order status, pending deliveries,



and issues escalated.
Maintain a shift-wise issue log (with timestamps, screenshots, and escalation levels).
Track KPIs such as OTD %, Picking TAT, Delivery Failures, and CEE performance.

Shift Attendance & CEE Performance/Efficiency Compliance

Requirements:
Diploma or Graduation in Supply Chain, Operations, or any related field.
2–4 years of experience in warehouse, dark store, or last-mile operations
Basic understanding of delivery apps, dashboards, and real-time tracking tools.
Positive communication skills (Tamil / English / Hindi).
Willingness to work night shifts regularly
