- Provide strategic leadership for the Center of Excellence, guiding innovation and best practices.
- Mentor, coach, and develop engineering teams to enhance technical capabilities and leadership potential.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards, governance policies, and operational excellence across projects.

Skills Required:





- Extensive experience in application development and enterprise technology environments.
- Strong expertise in DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automation frameworks.
- Deep understanding of cloud platforms and cloud-native architecture principles.
- Proven experience in Site Reliability Engineering practices including monitoring, incident management, and reliability improvement.
- Solid knowledge of quality assurance processes, testing strategies, and delivery standards.
- Demonstrated leadership and people management experience in building and guiding high-performing teams.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders and drive strategic technology initiatives.
- Familiarity with Azure cloud services and related ecosystem tools.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
