The Role: (Preferred only immediate joiners)

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Backend Engineer with deep proficiency in Node-based frameworks to join us for a service stabilization project.

You will work alongside with our core engineering team to diagnose architectural bottlenecks, enhance data processing efficiency, and deliver a resilient API service layer.

Role & responsibilities :

- Collaborate with the team on solution architecture, design, and implementation.

- Refactor backend services and optimize database performance to eliminate bottlenecks and streamline payload delivery.

- Streamline our API delivery layer to ensure stable, predictable, and highly available data flows.

- Document optimization practices and ensure a clean technical hand-off to the internal team.

Preferred candidate profile :

- 6+ years of backend application development experience in cloud-based environments.





- Production-level proficiency in Node.js / TypeScript at scale, with specific experience optimizing Headless CMS architectures.

- Solid understanding of API performance tuning, concurrency management, and data-caching strategies.

- Advanced PostgreSQL optimization skills, specifically profiling query execution plans, optimizing indexes, and refactoring complex ORM abstractions.

- Good understanding of Computer Science fundamentals.

In addition, preferable skills and behaviors include:

- Familiarity with AWS cloud infrastructure.

- Experience with load-testing strategies and application performance monitoring.

- Familiarity with frontend integration to assist with admin portal plugins if necessary.
