Roles and Responsibilities :

- Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance business processes, efficiency, and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and develop solutions.
- Implement lean six sigma methodologies to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Analyze data to measure performance metrics, identify trends, and recommend future enhancements.
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures.
- Provide training and support to stakeholders on new processes and procedures.

Job Requirements :

- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Services & Consulting with expertise in process excellence, process re-engineering, process improvement, process optimization, and process mining.
- Solid understanding of lean six sigma principles; certification is preferred.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects involving diverse stakeholders.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.
- Experience in driving cultural change and implementing process improvements.
