Role & responsibilities

DXP Analytics Pvt Ltd works as an operations and evaluation partner with an international proprietary trading firm with institutional infrastructure, executing intraday strategies across North, Central, and South American equity exchanges on their behalf.

This is a full-time, in-office trading role. You will trade firm capital, follow a structured risk framework, and keep up to 50%* of the returns you generate. There is no fixed salary. Your income is entirely a function of your performance.

This is a small, focused desk, not a classroom, not a course, not a signal service.

What You Will Do

- Analyzing market conditions and identifying trade opportunities
- Executing trades within defined risk limits
- Tracking performance and maintaining discipline during drawdowns
- Continuously refining your approach based on results
- (Optional) Developing and testing rule-based or algorithmic strategies
- Execute intraday trades across NYSE, NASDAQ, and NCSA exchanges during IST evening shift hours
- Apply strict position sizing and risk management protocols at all times capital protection is the primary mandate
- Monitor earnings, macro events, and live price action across NCSA markets
- Journal every trade and participate in structured performance reviews
- Operate within Select Vantage's QMS-backed workflows and reporting standards

Requirements

Who We Are Looking For

- Demonstrable interest in financial markets prior trading experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of charts and price action
- Emotional discipline under pressure and drawdowns




- Full accountability for your numbers no excuses culture
- Available for full-time on-site work during IST evening shift
- Clean financial conduct record

Selection process

Our hiring process is structured and selective:

3 rounds of interviews

Followed by a 90-day evaluation program

During the evaluation period, candidates are assessed on performance, discipline, and consistency in a real trading environment.
