Associate Director - Enterprise Technology Services - J50217

- Enterprise Technology Services is responsible for the Architecture, Engineering, and Operations of core IT infrastructure platforms, network, telecom, and collaboration platforms
- Additionally, the team supports eCommerce platform and approximately 100 locations including corporate, sales offices, and supply chain facilities across North America as well as US retail stores from a network and telecom perspective
- The team also provides integration platforms that connect customers, vendors, and suppliers with our internal systems
- Finally, ETS ensures the stability, robustness, and reliability of critical applications through rigorous regression and performance testing

Basic Qualification

- Bachelor`s or master`s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field
- 7+ years of IT delivery management experience across Software engineering, Infrastructure, Reliability, Performance, Quality, Cloud, and Telephony engineering
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical topics clearly to executive and non-technical stakeholders
- Experience collaborating with senior executives, technical product managers,



and business stakeholders Proven experience managing multiple teams and delivery leads in an offshore/onshore model
- Extensive working experience in Project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum), and best practices
- Ability to work across time zones and cultures, with a flexible and proactive approach

Preferred Qualification

- Domain expertise in e-commerce and retail
- Recognized for driving technical innovation, process improvement, or organizational maturity
- Experience implementing AI to improve productivity and efficiency

People Leadership

- Direct and oversee teams across multiple ETS domains totaling over 50 engineers and delivery leads
- Establish explicit leadership expectations, performance standards, and accountability across the organization
- Own succession planning, talent development, and leadership bench strength for Enterprise Technology Services
- Foster a culture of operational excellence, continuous improvement, and inclusive leadership
- Provide coaching and guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and performance management
