Production Support / Application Support

Working Directly on Core Linux, SQQL, Java, PLSQL, Oracle, Shell Scripting, App / Web servers : TomCat Apache , Weblogic

Operation Management - Incident Management, Problem Management, Release Management • Issue and Problem Analysis and SLA monitoring • Service request (PDC/PDR) SLA monitoring • Handling of releases in production • Server/Application Monitoring & Patching, Server Resource management - Space, CPU and Memory monitoring through tools • BCP operations • Reporting (for example monthly report data to management) , Linux support, SQL Support

Need Basic Knowledge • Windows, Security / Network Domain, Service Now, Automation experience, Tool based monitoring AppDynamics, ITRS, ControlM, Service ITOM , Linux, SQL.

Business Knowledge • Basic level knowledge of all applications under ES (Membership, Listing, NCFM, Website, NFA, ISC, Intranet, Inspection etc.)
