Senior Consultant - Business Analyst

ROLE SUMMARY

Serve as the requirements and domain anchor on AI and technology consulting engagements. Bridge client business

knowledge with the technical delivery team, ensuring what gets built is correctly scoped, prioritized, and grounded in

real stakeholder needs.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Lead requirements workshops and stakeholder interviews

across client business and technology teams.

- Define, document, and prioritize functional requirements

distinguish near-term deliverables from future phases

with transparent, defensible rationale.

- Analyze enterprise reporting, AI, and automation needs

to directly inform solution and data model design.

- Validate metric definitions, logic, and quality rules with

business owners before engineering begins.

- Convert business rules into well-formed user stories and

acceptance criteria; own the definition of done for each

sprint.





- Prepare decision-ready documentation, requirement

sign-off packages, and executive-facing status materials.

QUALIFICATIONS

- 6-10 years as a Business Analyst or Consultant in

healthcare payer or enterprise AI and technology

environments.

- Direct experience with claims processing, financial

measurement, or performance reporting workflows is a

plus.

- Strong data and AI literacy able to engage

meaningfully with data models, metric logic, AI

outputs, and BI reports.

- Proven ability to drive requirement prioritization and

sign-off in iterative delivery environments.

- Clear, structured communicator — written and verbal;

skilled at translating business complexity into

engineering-ready specifications.
