Role Brief - Team leadership & programme delivery governance

Core Responsibilities - • Lead a team of 610 L&D; Coordinators and Specialists
• Own programme delivery calendar and team capacity planning
• Monitor LMS data quality, SLA adherence, and learner satisfaction scores
• Conduct performance check-ins and support team development
• Act as escalation point for complex learner or content issues
• Coordinate cross-functional dependencies with TA and HR Admin teams

Key Skills- • Workday Learning operational depth
• Team coordination and performance management
• LMS analytics monitoring
• Robust communication with Client HR and CoE stakeholders

Education & Qualifications- Graduate any discipline (Bachelor's or equivalent).
3-5 years L&D; 12 years in a lead or supervisor role.




Workday Learning hands-on mandatory.
Technology Requirements (Workday / ServiceNow)-HCM platform (proficient any leading platform): team-level quality oversight, exception handling, reporting.
Case management tool (proficient e.g. ServiceNow HRSD, Salesforce, Zendesk or equivalent): queue monitoring, escalation management, SLA compliance.
MS Excel / Power BI: team performance dashboards and workload tracking.
