Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Boomi Integration Architect with 8+ years of experience to design, govern, and lead enterprise scale integrations using the Dell Boomi AtomSphere platform. The role requires strong architectural ownership, client interaction, and the ability to define integration standards across complex ERP landscapes such as QAD.
Key Responsibilities
• Define end to end integration architecture using Dell Boomi
• Lead integration strategy across QAD ERP, SaaS, legacy, and cloud systems
• Design scalable, secure, and reusable integration frameworks
• Architect solutions using:
o Atoms, Molecules, Atom Clouds
o API Management
o Event driven and batch integrations
• Establish integration standards, naming conventions, security models, and governance
• Review and approve Boomi designs and code developed by team members
• Lead architecture, design, and technical walkthroughs with stakeholders
• Ensure compliance with security, audit,
and enterprise governance policies
• Handle performance tuning, scalability planning, and resilience design
• Mentor Boomi developers and provide technical leadership
• Support complex production issues and lead RCA activities
Required Skills & Experience
• 8+ years of experience in integration platforms, including 5+ years in Dell Boomi
• Solid expertise in:
o Integration patterns and middleware design
o REST/SOAP APIs
o XML, JSON, EDI, Flat Files
• Experience with ERP integrations, preferably QAD
• Strong knowledge of API security, OAuth, certificates, and data protection
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Proven experience in client facing or architect roles
Good to Have
• Dell Boomi Architect / Professional Certification
• Experience in manufacturing or supply chain domains
• Exposure to DevOps / CI CD for integrations
• Prior experience in consulting or enterprise transformation programs
