Senior Maintenance Engineer Commercial Kitchen Equipment

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, repairing, maintaining, installing, and commissioning commercial kitchen equipment.

The ideal candidate must be capable of independently diagnosing complex electrical and mechanical faults, preparing professional technical reports, identifying spare parts requirements, and delivering high-quality field service while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.

Scope of Work: Commercial Kitchen Equipment only (excluding refrigeration systems, cold rooms, freezer rooms, freezers, chillers, HVAC systems, and domestic appliances).

Candidates whose primary experience is limited to refrigeration, HVAC, or domestic appliances will not be considered.

Key Responsibilities

* Diagnose electrical, mechanical, and electronic faults.

* Install, commission, and test commercial kitchen equipment.

* Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.

* Verify equipment performance after repairs.

* Prepare detailed technical service reports.

* Identify required spare parts and provide technical recommendations.

* Read and interpret electrical wiring diagrams and technical manuals.

* Follow company safety and quality procedures.

* Deliver professional in office technical support.

* Maintain excellent customer service and communication.

* Complete service calls independently with minimum supervision.

Qualifications

* Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related field.

* Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in commercial kitchen equipment maintenance.

* Strong knowledge of electrical control systems, heating systems, motors, contactors, relays, sensors, and electronic control boards.

* Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.

* Proficient in using electrical testing and diagnostic instruments.

* Experience preparing professional technical service reports.

* Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.

* Ability to work independently with minimum supervision.

* Good English communication skills.

* Valid passport and willingness to relocate to Saudi Arabia.
