Years of Experience- 2-5 years

Role Brief - Programme delivery, content development & analytics

Core Responsibilities - •Design and deliver learning programmes aligned to Client capability frameworks
• Build and maintain e-learning content using Adobe Captivate or equivalent
• Manage full LMS administration including catalogue design and learning paths
• Analyse learning effectiveness data; report on completion rates and business impact
• Coordinate with Client CoEs on leadership and technical skills programmes
• Support performance and talent management cycle (goal-setting, succession inputs in Workday)
• Handle Tier 1 & 2 ServiceNow HRSD cases for L&D; queries

Key Skills - • Workday Learning (intermediate) learning path design, integration with Performance module
• Instructional design skills e-learning authoring tools
• Data analysis LMS analytics and reporting
• Stakeholder communication and facilitation skills
• Understanding of adult learning principles

Education & Qualifications - Graduate any discipline (Bachelor's or equivalent).
Post-graduate / MBA in HRD preferred.
26 years L&D; experience in a corporate or SSC setting.
Workday Learning hands-on mandatory.
E-learning authoring tool experience required.

Technology Requirements (Workday / ServiceNow) -

HCM platform (intermediate e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, ADP or equivalent): module-level transactions, bulk data uploads/EIBs, standard reporting.
Case management tool (intermediate e.g.



ServiceNow HRSD, Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk, Siebel or equivalent): case ownership, routing, SLA monitoring, knowledge article usage.
ATS (any e.g. Workday Recruiting, Greenhouse, Taleo, iCIMS, Lever): requisition and pipeline management (TA roles).
MS Excel / Power BI: operational reporting and data validation.

SME Criteria :

Role Title - L&D; SME / Senior Specialist

Job Level- SME

Years of Experience- 3-6 years

Role Brief L&D; strategy, LMS governance & team development

Core Responsibilities - • Own L&D; process design and operating model for SSC-delivered learning services
• Lead design of blended learning curricula, including AI-enabled personalised learning paths
• Govern Workday Learning configuration, integrations, and data quality
• Partner with Client Global CoEs to align L&D; delivery to enterprise capability strategy
• Define learning analytics framework business impact, ROI measurement
• Mentor junior team members and build L&D; capability across the team

Key Skills - • Deep Workday Learning expertise configuration, integrations, advanced reporting
• Strategic instructional design and curriculum architecture




• L&D; analytics maturity linking learning to business outcomes
• Consulting skills with senior business stakeholders
• Vendor management for external learning providers

Education & Qualifications -Graduate any discipline (Bachelor's or equivalent).
MBA / L&D; certification (CIPD, ATD) preferred.
610 years L&D; 3+ years in a design/strategy role.
Workday Learning advanced configuration mandatory.
AI-enhanced learning tool experience advantageous.

Technology Requirements (Workday / ServiceNow)- HCM platform (advanced e.g. Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM or equivalent): module configuration, integrations, security design, advanced reporting, and data governance.
Case management tool (advanced e.g. ServiceNow HRSD, Salesforce Service Cloud, Zendesk or equivalent): workflow design, service catalogue management, SLA framework ownership, knowledge base governance.
ATS (advanced): end-to-end configuration, multi-instance management, offer workflows (TA roles).
Payroll systems (any e.g. ADP, SD Worx, Ceridian, MoovHR or equivalent): validation, compliance reporting (Payroll / C&B; roles).
Power BI / Azure Analytics: operational dashboards and people insight generation.
