We are looking for a SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) L2 Support Engineer to provide production support for enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) solutions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in SailPoint IIQ support, user lifecycle management, access provisioning, troubleshooting, and incident management. Candidates with 1+ years of relevant SailPoint IIQ experience are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide L2 support for SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ) production environments.
- Monitor and troubleshoot user provisioning and de-provisioning issues.
- Support Joiner, Mover, and Leaver (JML) processes.
- Resolve incidents related to account aggregation, identity cubes, workflows, and scheduled tasks.
- Handle access requests, role assignments, and entitlement management.
- Troubleshoot SailPoint IIQ logs and identify root causes of production issues.
- Work on incident, service request, problem, and change management activities.
- Support access certification campaigns and governance processes.
- Coordinate with application owners, infrastructure, and security teams for issue resolution.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.
- Participate in rotational shift support and on-call activities, if required.
Required Technical Skills
- 1-3 years of experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ)

- Good understanding of Identity and Access Management (IAM) concepts.

- Experience with Active Directory (AD) and/or LDAP.
- Knowledge of ServiceNow or any ITSM ticketing tool.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and Linux/Unix commands.
