- Process Design: Develop process flow diagrams (PFDs), piping and instrumentation diagrams (P&IDs;), and basic/detailed engineering packages.
- Cost & Economics: Perform process calculations, generate Bills of Quantities (BOQ), and select cost-effective process schemes for tender preparation.
- Technology Focus: Manage system integration for seawater and brackish water setups, including pre-treatment (Dissolved Air Flotation), Reverse Osmosis, and post-treatment remineralization.
- Experience & Education: Typically requires a B.E/B.Tech in Chemical Engineering with 5-8 years in process design for water treatment, desalination, or RO plants.
