The role holder would be responsible for Warranty Administration

Role & responsibilities

1. Evaluate and settlement of warranty claims submitted by dealer

2. Improve claim processing performance by tracking TAT, Straight pass , rejections and detection metrics

3. Optimization thru process automation, system integration, policy & coverage, implement AI tool to detect duplicate claims & anomalies

4. Build and enforce a dealer audit framework to improve claim compliance and strengthen governance

5. Impart dealer warranty Training on warranty process and guidelines

6. Ensuring consistent policy enforcement & regulatory compliance

7. Review and analyse warranty claim to identify patters/ trends in product performance

8. Monitor Warranty costs and perform root cause analyses to identify product issue

9. Prepare and maintain warranty reports for management regarding trends, cost and improvement area

10. Review OEM warranty terms to determine if OEM can be charged for warranty cost, ensure cost recovery from suppliers
