Key Responsibilities:
• Instance Setup & Configuration: Install and configure Service Bridge (formerly Service Bridge App) in provider and consumer instances, managing registrations, Oauth2, and connectivity.
• Remote Catalog Management: Develop and publish catalog items, record producers, and data from provider instances to consumer instances, enabling consumers to request services directly.
• Remote Task Synchronization: Implement two-way synchronization of incidents, tasks, and cases, ensuring real-time visibility across organizations.
• Data Transformation & Mapping: Design and maintain mappings to convert and synchronize data fields between provider and consumer systems using virtual fields and transformations.
• Troubleshooting: Monitor and resolve errors in service bridge transport payloads, flow actions, and connectivity.
• Security & Access Control:



Authorize users and assign roles for accessing remote catalog items and tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications:
• Technical Knowledge: Robust understanding of ServiceNow ITSM, Customer Service Management (CSM), and API integration methodologies.
• Platform Expertise: Experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, Business Rules, and Scripting.
• Integration Skills: Familiarity with ServiceNow-to-ServiceNow communication (RPS/Transport Queue).
• Product Knowledge: Proficiency with Service Bridge specific features like Remote Catalog, Remote Task, and Remote Choice.
