Summary:
As an Application Support Engineer, you will act as software detectives, providing a dynamic service that identifies and resolves issues within various components of critical business systems. Your typical day will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, analyzing system performance, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency. You will engage in troubleshooting activities, ensuring that all systems function seamlessly to support business objectives, while also documenting processes and solutions for future reference.

Roles Responsibilities:

- Perform an architect role on a project/engagement

- Contribute to architecture and low level design

- Provide solutions guide dev teams on requirements.





- Hands-on experience on Azure/AWS/GCP and Cloud service

- Review and integrate all application requirements, including functional, security, integration, performance, quality and operations requirements.

Professional Technical Skills:

- 12-15 yrs overall 5yrs as Application/Platform Architect

- 10+yrs - Web App Development Component based Architecture

- Hands-on App Dev with either Microsoft Stack (ASPNET MVC, C#, .NET Core, SQL Server) Or Open Source (Python, PostGreSQL), Angular/React/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, REST APIs

- Working knowledge of AI, LLMs, Knowledge Services

- Hands-on experience on Azure/AWS/GCP and Cloud services

- Strong oral/written communication skills Collaborate with internal/external stakeholders

- Valuable Leadership qualities Organizational Skills, Team Player, pay attention to details, proactive
Self-motivated, Results driven, and accountability minded 4 Ability, desire to learn new skills
