Lead Mission-Critical Defence Programs
We are seeking an accomplished General Manager Projects to lead the execution, integration, and lifecycle delivery of highly sophisticated Defence Electronics Programs involving Radar Systems, Electronic Warfare (EW), and Strategic Communication Platforms. This is a senior leadership opportunity for a technically strong and execution-focused skilled capable of managing complex, multi-disciplinary defence engineering programs while working closely with key defence stakeholders including DRDO, Indian Navy, Indian Air Force, and Defence PSUs.
Key Responsibilities
Establish robust execution frameworks and project baselines
Ensure system development and qualification adherence to stringent military standards, including - MIL-STD-810 (Environmental Qualification) - MIL-STD-461 (EMI / EMC Compliance)
Drive project execution excellence to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality program delivery.
Act as the primary technical and program liaison for key stakeholders including: - Defence Research & Development Organizations (DRDO)
- Indian Navy - Indian Air Force - Defence Public Sector Undertakings (PSUs)
Lead critical defence milestone reviews, including: System Requirement Specification (SyRS) Preliminary Design Review (PDR) Critical Design Review (CDR)
Oversee qualification and acceptance programs including: Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) Joint Field Evaluation Trials
Collaborate closely with Supply Chain Management (SCM) teams to ensure procurement readiness for specialized, high-reliability components.
Work with Production, Manufacturing, and QA/QC teams to optimize: Manufacturing workflows Environmental Stress Screening (ESS) Product qualification and reliability
Ensure compliance with AS9100 Rev D Quality Standards.
