Responsible for ensuring the continuous, protected operation of heavy manufacturing equipment, such as hydraulic presses, paint lines, and assembly robots
- Breakdown Maintenance: Quickly diagnose and repair mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment failures to minimize assembly line downtime.
- Preventive & Predictive Maintenance
- Equipment Reliability: Use methodologies like TPM (Total Productive Maintenance), root-cause analysis (Why-Why analysis), and track metrics like MTBF and MTTR to improve machine longevity.
- - Spares & Inventory Management: Monitor and maintain critical spare parts inventory
- Audits & Compliance: Ensure full compliance with internal and external quality/safety standards
Preferred candidate profile
Must have experience of maintenance in CNC Machine shop
