Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IFS Mobile Configuration Consultant with hands-on expertise in IFS Applications/IFS Cloud, IFS Mobile, and Mobile Work Order (MWO) configuration. The ideal candidate should have experience configuring the IFS mobile work order framework, user setup, workflows, mobile APIs, and exception handling to support enterprise field service and asset management operations.

The role involves configuring and supporting mobile solutions, enabling seamless field operations, and ensuring reliable integration between mobile applications and the IFS platform.

Key Responsibilities

IFS Mobile Configuration

- Configure and maintain the IFS Mobile Work Order (MWO) framework.
- Configure IFS Mobile application settings based on business requirements.
- Support mobile deployment, setup, and configuration activities.
- Ensure mobile functionality aligns with business and operational processes.

Mobile Workflows & User Configuration

- Configure mobile workflows and approval processes.
- Manage mobile user setup, roles, permissions, and access.
- Configure synchronization settings for field users.
- Support mobile security and authentication requirements.

API Configuration & Integration

- Enable, configure, and validate Mobile Module APIs.
- Support integration between IFS Mobile and enterprise systems.
- Troubleshoot API connectivity and synchronization issues.
- Coordinate with integration teams to resolve interface-related defects.

Mobile Transaction Management

- Monitor mobile transaction processing.
- Define and configure exception handling for failed transactions.




- Investigate synchronization failures and data inconsistencies.
- Support issue resolution for mobile field users.

Testing & Support

- Perform Unit Testing, SIT, and UAT for mobile configurations.
- Support production deployments and post-go-live stabilization.
- Resolve production incidents related to IFS Mobile and MWO.
- Participate in release management and application upgrades.

Documentation & Collaboration

- Prepare configuration documents, SOPs, technical documentation, and user guides.
- Collaborate with business users, technical teams, and client stakeholders.
- Participate in requirement gathering, workshops, and knowledge transfer sessions.

- Experience supporting enterprise mobile applications in production environments.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and client-facing experience.
- Ability to work collaboratively with onsite and offshore teams.
