10+ years of experience in Mechanical (HVAC) Design with proven expertise in commercial / Residential and healthcare projects.
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Specialist to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in HVAC design and building services engineering, with hands-on experience in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, load calculations, and design software such as TRACE/HAP. Exposure to Plumbing and Fire Protection systems is highly desirable.
Candidates with healthcare project experience will be given preference.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent.
- Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience in HVAC design.
- Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including chilled water, DX systems, ventilation, and exhaust systems.
Proficiency in:
- Revit MEP
- AutoCAD / CAD 3D
- TRACE/HAP or equivalent HVAC load calculation software
- Blue Beam
- Equipment Selection Software
- Ellite
- Navis
- Experience in developing BIM models from LOD 100 to LOD 350.
- Positive understanding of coordination workflows and clash detection.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Plumbing and Fire Fighting/Fire Protection design.
- Experience working on Healthcare/Hospital projects following international standards.
- Familiarity with ASHRAE, FGI, FBC, NFPA, IPC/UPC, and relevant building codes.
- Knowledge of BIM 360, Navisworks, Bluebeam, or similar coordination tools.
- Experience working with overseas clients, particularly U.S. projects.
