We are looking for a Client Consultant to build and maintain strong client relationships and also contribute to the successful execution of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives that create a positive impact on the community.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Servicing clients and maintaining a relationship with them for repeat business
- Identify, innovate and execute business ideas to improve service delivery and improve client retention ratio of the company
- Regularly checking in on clients to ensure their satisfaction with the company
- Addressing any concerns or issues a client may have and working with account managers or leadership to resolve them
- Coordinating with the internal departments and the client for smooth execution of a job
- Researching competitors and learning how to stay ahead of the competition to recruit and keep new customers
- Collaborating closely with other departments to build strategies that ensure they satisfy clients with the company's product or service
- Collect client feedback about their experience.
- Develop relationships with clients and key personnel.
- Elevate complaints and feedback to the relevant departments.

CSR Activities

- Plan, coordinate, and support the organization's Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives in collaboration with internal stakeholders and external partners.
- Build and maintain relationships with NGOs, educational institutions, and community organizations for CSR programs.
- Coordinate employee volunteering activities and encourage participation in CSR initiatives.




- Manage end-to-end execution of CSR events
- Track CSR initiatives, measure their impact, and prepare reports for management.
- Ensure CSR activities align with the organization's values, business objectives, and applicable statutory requirements.
- Gather feedback from participants and stakeholders to continuously improve CSR programs.
- Promote CSR initiatives internally to enhance employee engagement and externally to strengthen the organization's brand image.

Qualifications and experience

- Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience as a Client Relations Manager or Relationship Manager
- Background in customer service; industry knowledge is a plus
- Proficient in MS Office,
