Role & responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

- Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements

and hiring needs for respective vacancies.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other

recruitment channels.

- Screen profiles, conduct HR interviews, coordinate interview schedules, negotiate offers,

and ensure a seamless candidate experience.

- Ensure recruitment process to achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.
- Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly recruitment MIS, hiring dashboards, aging

reports, open position trackers, and other recruitment analytics.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
- Leverage AI-enabled recruitment tools and best practices to enhance sourcing and hiring

efficiency.

- Review the skills experience in hiring fulltime, contract and freelance employee
- Offer Management: Extend job offers, negoate salary and benefit terms, and guide

candidates through pre-boarding acvies





- Data Management & Compliance: Maintain applicant data in the soware and ensure all

recruitment acvies comply with labour laws

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelor's degree with 46 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.

- Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other sourcing platforms.
- Experience in hiring full time, contract and consultants
- Robust knowledge of recruitment MIS, dashboards, and Excel-based reporting.
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English, Tamil, and Hindi.
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and team coordination skills.
- should have strong knowledge about statutory requirements & labour laws

Preferred Qualifications

• UG (any), MBA (Preferred HRM)

• Certification in AI Recruitment, HR Technology, or Talent Acquisition.

• Knowledge of Data Analytics or advanced Excel will be an added advantage.
