Job Title: Business Development Manager (Property Acquisition)

Location: Chennai

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Role Overview:

We are hiring a Business Development Head to lead a team of Business Development Managers responsible for property acquisition. The role includes team handling, driving acquisition targets, and expanding supply through strong owner and broker partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

- • Lead and manage a team of BDMs focused on property acquisition
- • Drive new property onboarding and ensure monthly acquisition targets
- • Build solid relationships with property owners, brokers, and channel partners
- • Track team performance, field productivity, and pipeline updates
- • Support negotiation, closure,



and documentation processes
- • Ensure smooth coordination with internal stakeholders

Requirements:

- • Total experience: 7+ years in Business Development / Sales / Property Acquisition
- • Team handling experience: 3+ years
- • Strong negotiation, leadership, and target-driven mindset
- • Experience in real estate, hospitality, or supply acquisition is preferred
