- Graduate in any discipline
- Minimum 6+ years of experience in e-commerce/catalog operations
- At least 2 years of team handling experience (up to 15 FTEs)
- Experience in Catalog Management, Content Validation, or Data Labelling
- Positive communication and MS Office skills
- Immediate joiners preferred
Role Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the catalog operations team
- Ensure productivity, quality, and SLA compliance
- Handle stakeholder communication and reporting
- Support training, audits, and process improvements
