Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter with 3+ years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment and volume hiring. The ideal candidate should have expertise in sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and managing multiple open positions while working in a remote workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for technical and non-technical roles.
- Manage volume hiring and deliver positions within defined timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Negotiate salary and manage offer rollouts.
- Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.




- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand hiring requirements and recruitment priorities.

Required Skills

- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Proven experience in volume hiring.
- Strong expertise in sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
- Excellent screening and communication skills.
- Experience in stakeholder management.
- Ability to manage multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
- Good knowledge of recruitment metrics and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Preferred

- Experience hiring for product-based or service-based IT companies.
- Familiarity with Boolean search and X-Ray search techniques.
