Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Provide end-to-end Application & Production Support for enterprise applications.
- Manage and support Linux-based production environments.
- Automate deployments and operational tasks using GitLab CI/CD and Ansible.
- Deploy, manage, and troubleshoot applications on Docker & Kubernetes.
- Monitor application health, logs, and system performance using the ELK Stack.
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA),
and production issue resolution.
- Manage Nginx, Load Balancers, Reverse Proxy, and SSL Certificates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve application reliability, scalability, and performance.
- Drive continuous improvement through DevOps best practices and automation.
