Role & responsibilities

Gate Security Key Roles & Responsibilities

Monitor factory gate security operations.

Verify employee, visitor, and contractor entry/exit.

Check ID cards and issue visitor passes.

Record vehicle entry and exit details.

Verify material inward and outward with gate passes.

Prevent unauthorized entry and vehicle access.

Conduct vehicle and baggage inspections.

Maintain gate register and security logs.

Monitor CCTV at the main gate.

Report suspicious activities immediately.

Coordinate with production, stores, and dispatch teams.

Ensure compliance with company security procedures.

Handle emergency situations and control gate access.

Perform shift handover with proper documentation.

Maintain discipline and ensure smooth traffic flow at the gate.
