Astro Academy is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to promote our Japanese Language Training and Japan Career Programs. The candidate will be responsible for visiting colleges, educational institutions, training centers, and other organizations to introduce our academy, generate student leads, and support admission activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit colleges, universities, nursing colleges, and educational institutions to introduce Astro Academy's programs.
- Promote Japanese Language Training, JLPT courses, Caregiver Programs, and Japan placement opportunities.
- Conduct presentations, seminars, and awareness sessions for students.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with college management, placement officers, and faculty members.
- Generate qualified student leads and coordinate with the admissions team.
- Follow up with prospective students and convert inquiries into admissions.
- Plan and execute field marketing and promotional activities.
- Submit daily visit reports and maintain lead records.
- Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets.
- Represent Astro Academy professionally during campus visits and educational events.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- 1 - 3 years of experience in Field Sales, Educational Marketing, Business Development, or Student Recruitment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively within Chennai and nearby districts.
- Solid relationship-building and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented.
- Proficiency in MS Office and basic CRM tools.
Preferred Candidate
- Male candidate preferred.
- Experience in the education, training, or overseas recruitment industry is an added advantage.
- Valid two-wheeler driving license and own vehicle preferred.
- Fluency in Tamil and English is mandatory. Knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage.
