- Contribute to Improving productivity by changing tools, modifying fixtures, and programming CNC/VMC machines for assigned production lines.
- Analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) for all lines and implement corrective actions to improve OEE%.
- Reduce job change setup time in line with defined targets.
- Attend DQRM meetings to support data-driven decision-making and risk management.
- Manage shift manpower effectively to ensure smooth and productive operations.
Safety & Compliance
- Ensure shopfloor safety by adopting best light curtain practices and conducting frequent safety audits.
- Promote compliance with EHS and organizational safety standards.
Tool & Cost Management
- Reduce tool costs in machining processes.
- Monitor tool consumption and tool life across all lines, collect daily data, and implement actions to extend tool life.
Preferred qualifications and skills
- Diploma/Bachelors degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or Automobile Engineering (or equivalent discipline) with 5 to 10 years of experience
- Proven experience in CNC/VMC machining, production planning, and shift management.
- Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and TPM practices.
- Solid knowledge in CNC/VMC programming optimization, automation, and digital monitoring tools.
